A high school senior from Buffalo Grove Illinois, Ria founded Sehat Alliance on a mission to eradicate the health inequities she witnessed in her family. Once working with local communities, she expanded her mission to Bijnor India, her family’s hometown. She continues to empower the South Asian community, and encourage individuals to advocate for their own health.

Khushi Agarwal
Khushi, a recent graduate from University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, is a medical student working with Sehat Alliance to create comprehensive educational curriculums, for students in Bijnor, India. Khushi works with over 5 primary schools to create monthly programs for students to learn more about their health and wellness.

As the bridge between Sehat Alliance and the esteemed government of Bijnor, India, Mr. Garg plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration for impactful change. He facilitates communication, aligns resources, and spearheads joint community health projects, embodying our commitment to building stronger, healthier communities through collaboration and shared purpose.
Mahak Agrawal, a rising junior, serves as a key member of Sehat’s outreach team, leading efforts to build and strengthen relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations. She coordinates outreach initiatives, represents Sehat at events and engagements, and helps expand the organization’s reach and impact. Through her leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Mahak plays an important role in advancing Sehat’s mission of promoting health education, awareness, and community well-being.
